MA VILA FOUNDATION

Honouring the legacy of our elders and building a strong future for the Afro-European community through education, entrepreneurship and culture. COMING SOON..

Our tribute to the pioneering generation

The Foundation will be launched out of a desire to pay tribute to the first immigrants who arrived from Africa and the Caribbean after the Second World War, aspiring to a better employment and training opportunities against the backdrop of their home countries’ independence. Their resilience, hard work and courage will be permanently honoured at MA VILA FOUNDATION.

A clear outlook for January 2027

The MA VILA FOUNDATION will formally commence its activities in January 2027.
Our aim is to establish safe, educational and supportive spaces for the Afro-European community, focusing our resources on key areas: education, entrepreneurship, women’s leadership, the arts and sport.
We will be sharing our first programmes and success stories very soon.

Promote and propose high-impact projects

Community transformation requires deep synergies and active collaboration.
We invite entrepreneurs, leaders of social initiatives and Afro-European professionals to get in touch with us, submit their projects and recommend the talented individuals who are making a difference in Europe and developing countries.
